"They never told me that an entire Track team of High schoolers were staying in the building where my room was located. Bar was also closed due to a staffing issue. I’ve had similar things happen when I’ve stayed in the past. I would rate this Hotel a 5.5 out of 10. I travel for work and have stayed here many times, but this is the last time."

"We have stayed here before but this trip was not good. Paided up for this room and they gave us a handicap room. Not what I paided for. The bed was a mattess on top of a frame and piece of plywood. It was so flat and uncomfortable. The pillows deflated like balloons when you tried to use them. All not good for someone who need to be up at 3:30 to be at the airport by 5:00am. Very disappointing!!!"

"This has to be one of the best run motels of its kind around: super-clean , meticulously cared for with an attentive 24-hour staff. It is a tastefully renovated 1950s highway style accomodation, conveniently located close to Eugene's active downtown and open-air markets. Prices are quite reasonable given the quality. We have travelled a lot and seldom have seen the equal of this place: very much worth a stay...and a credit to the fdamily who owns and runs it!"

"Hotel was pretty nice. Rooms were comfortable and staff was nice. Had a few issues with the rooms quietness. The person above us got up a 4:45 am to shower. Thats obviously no problem. But it was like the walls were paper thin. You could hear the water coming through the plumbing like it was just right there. I've never experienced that before. There were other instances that you could hear people talking easily through the walls. Its definitely not a deal breaker for staying there again. But some of the positives was it's only a mile or so from the university of Oregon. And only about 2 miles from the football stadium. Many food places to eat close by. And a busy little coffee shop right outside the hotel. Overall not a bad stay. Just be prepared for a little noise through the walls."
