"Cute place and nice location! The place was pretty dusty all around the unit and had a minor lady bug infestation inside… could be a worse bug I suppose. Would recommend bringing any kitchen items you may need, particularly a cutting board, table salt, and oil."

"Great location between all dunes-easy and safe parking for two trucks with trailers. Quiet location-walking distance to a few restaurants (Griffs, I think? AMAZING service, food, can't say enough). Nice little gate area by front door to have pup inside and outdoor kennel area also if needed. "

"House was very clean and had everything we could want. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. "

"The host “Laura” was very welcoming. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and 4 children. Everyone had their own space lots of room to spread out. We rented ATV’s from Ridin Dirty Rentals the business at the corner and had a blast at the dunes! The kids loved all the video games too!"

"The place had a substitute cleaner we learned after calling the owner so some grace has to be given. The home really smelled up on check-in, freezer had spilled food in it, cupboards had spills down them. They sent a cleaner in the next morning. The main issue I had was a charge to me for a repair that should never have been necessary had the correct steps been taken to secure a ship's captains wheel to the wall over the kitchen table with more than hooking it over one drywall screw. I just lifted my purse on the table next to the wall and bumped it. It could have been a child under there when it fell. I did call them immediately when I broke it. There was mold in the main bedroom, something I haven't seen at numerous other Coastal homes I've rented over the years. I've included pictures so that no one thinks I'm exaggerating "

"Review: We absolutely loved our stay at this Luxurious Hilltop Home with Direct Dune Access and would definitely stay again! The property was clean, welcoming, and in a fantastic location with excellent parking. Being able to take a super short drive (about a block) to the dunes instead of trailering made the trip so much more enjoyable. We had 5 SxS’s, 3 trucks, and trailers — and there was plenty of room.The views were beautiful (when the Oregon fog lifted, of course!), and overall the property fit our needs perfectly. As a property manager, real estate broker, and vacation rental owner myself, my expectations are always high, and this home delivered. We did share a couple of minor items with the owner that haven’t yet been addressed, but nothing that would keep us from recommending this place highly.The only real clarification I’d suggest is about the hot tub — it’s a 2-person spa, not a full-size, and it does need better maintenance. Other than that, this property was fantastic. We’ll absolutely stay here again the next time we head back to Oregon!"
