This motel was extremely convenient. Lovely town. Motel was clean, staff friendly, amenities adequate. It IS located in a fairly busy area so vehicle noise is ever present but that does not bother me.

An older Motel that has been well maintained. The rooms are clean and have more than other small properties with the use of a small Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and cable TV.

Nice place to stay

Very nice updated motel Quiet even though located on a main highway. Lots of USB outlets available..Desk clerk/owner stated he had overbooked the type of room we requested, so he upgraded us to the two bedroom. It was really nice.

Updated rooms and clean. Main downside I see is no air conditioning, which I didn't catch during booking. Windows work nicely though to let in the air. Good rate for an overnight stay.

Good stay

Overall the southsider was what it’s meant to be a decent place to stay in a pinch the only complaint I have is my neighbor having people knock on his door all day and night but as long as you don’t get out next to room 1 you’ll find it cozy quiet outside of street traffic.

great value for price.

This hotel gave good value for their price. it had a walk in show (looked like new tile). End tables on both side of bed. mini refrigerator had bigger freezer compartment. all in all great value for price.

The room was clean and had a tile floor, fridge and microwave, and a refreshed bathroom. Comfortable bed. I have never stayed in a roadside motel so I don't know how it compares to others, but I thought it was just fine.

Other than the person living in their car outside my door, it was Ok I think I had semi permanent residences next door as there was a lot of in and out for awhile Room was clean. Suited my needs as a quick night to sleep.

Totally creepy rooms - dirty, towel was stained. Was glad we were staying only for a night. Noisy. Very basic amenities.

Rm 10, Queen bed mattress broken down, could see two depressions one on each side, and there were cigarette burns on the comforter, floor could use a good mopping, otherwise a good room and value for the price. Nice new shower update!!
