「The bed was absolutely terrible! So lumpy, and old and worn out! room was not clean, spill marks of something down the walls」

「This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer.」

「The staff didn't tell us about the security deposit we have to pay using debit card when we got there and then they charged it later that evening when we checked in and then they tried charging it again to us on our second night there. They also didn't tell you that their rooms have ants in them and that ant traps but there's still a lot of ants inside the room.」

「This room was so dirty. Toilet was disgusting, crumbs on the sheets & beds, trash & food under the beds. The staff was rude & not helpful - extremely overpriced for what little it offers.」

「We chose this place because it had a pretty good rating for the price. However, we don’t understand how it got that rating. We didn’t like anything about it. It needed upkeep badly; the room was small and crowded; the bathroom had no counter whatsoever so there was no where to put our items; the toilet had a leak and would run every now and then; the sheets and towels may have been clean, but they were not white and not soft; if the room had heat, we sure couldn’t figure out how to get it; and...

「Clean room and the bed was really comfortable. Quiet place even though it looked full from all the cars in the parking lot. I would absolutely stay here again. Property looks like it’s maintained regularly an area was safe」

「Clean beautiful room with a great view of the lake, ducks, and geese. The restaurant is really good. I love the peacefulness. The only issue was the dogs running off the wildlife, but I also love dogs. This is a beautiful location. We will be coming back. 」

「Location was great. Advertised as Bay View, NOT A VIEW, the stairs going up to 2nd floor was our view. I would not have paid what I did but thought the price would be worth a view. Not one clock in the whole place. There was no ice machine on the property or even ice trays. The TV volume could not be turned up or down on remote or the actual TV. Bed was comfortable.」

「We stayed at the Lighthouse Cove Inn. It's a smaller motel. The Bandon Inn is operating the property. We've stayed at the Lighthouse Cove twenty years ago. I am glad to see it purchased and invested into. Regardless of all that. The staff at the Bandon Inn we're very professional. And the clerk had great recommendations for dining and other activities. The room was very tidy. And had a beautiful view of the Bandon coast and downtown. Thank you for a great weekend. Room 209 S.Whelchel.」
