「l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.」
「Everything was good. Only isolated issue we had was the people parking at the charding station when they dont have electric car. I did mention to the nightshift staff this morning about having a sign posted to "Parking only for Electric cars to charge their vehicle." Its convenient to have at the hotel and we truly appreciate it and we were able to charge our rental more than once. Thank you. 」
「The property and the service are great.
However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. 」
「There was a Dairy Queen, a sports bar and a pizza place within walking distance.
The beds were comfortable.
We stayed two nights. On the first morning, which was a Sunday, housekeeping knocked on door and we asked them to come back later. We left about 1/2 hour later but housekeeping didn’t come back.」
