「Seedy, falling apart, filthy. Walkway carpet hid actual holes in the floor. Bed sheets were dirty with signs of bed bugs (lots, and I mean LOTS of black particles), also hair and stains. Bird droppings all over the external stairs and landing. I wouldn't stay here on a bet!」

「The hotel was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the food at the Cavalier Restaurant did not meet our expectations and, in our opinion, was not worth the price.」

「It was our first time staying here or being in the area. The place was cute and quiet, and it was perfect for us because it was only 5 minutes away from Heart's Castle. The rooms were okay, nothing special. They need a bit of an upgrade. Our bathroom towel rod was broken, and the sliding door came off the rail, but we were able to put it back. We didn’t have enough towels, and we asked for more, and they gave us pool towels, which is okay, I guess. My biggest thing was that it seems like people...
