"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into providing everything guests might need. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the property was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Overall the stay was amazing and the place was very comfortable and serene. There were horses at the property below, which was really cool to see while hanging out on the deck. The bed was very comfortable and had two different options of firmness for the pillows, feather pillows and firm pillows. There was a sauna that they were in the process of setting up which would have been really cool to use if it was completed before our stay. We used it to hang out in at night so we could watch the bats fly around, lol! I would recommend bringing your own towels for the hot tub though since there were only two bath towels. The hot tub was so relaxing and very easy to use. Definitely get your GPS going before you start going up the mountain as service doesn’t work, but one you are there you can connect to WiFi for minimal phone use. It was so nice to be disconnected from electronics!! We were a little unsure if we were going to the right place, but you just have to keep going until you get to the larger main house with the pool and you will see a sign that says treehouse parking to the left. Then you walk down a little path behind the pool to get to the treehouse. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hot tub with the valley view was amazing! Appreciate how responsive Daniel was through the process before we even checked in! The only thing we were a little disappointed about was the fact that it didn’t say anywhere that it was a guest house connected to a main house which could potentially be occupied Otherwise we would stay here again for sure! It was the perfect getaway for a couple"

"Jae and Bob, the hosts are the best . The guest house is just perfect. Overall our stay could not have been better. We were made to feel very welcome in the beautiful and well equipped accommodation. Access to a pool, hot tub and sun terrace/decking in lovely gardens was just the icing on the cake. Great location close to Carmel and Monterey."

"We enjoyed our stay for three guests and a dog at Daniel's property. The description of treehouse retreat fits it well. It is a bit of a distance up from the city, but that is accurately explained. Be ready for curvy roads. He mentioned in his instructions cell service would be lost and the directive to download instructions and map for offline use are very important to follow. It isn't somewhere you can just happen to find. Only one thing was a bit unsatisfactory. Bath towels were still in the washing machine and there were only two washcloths for three people for three days and two nights. Mostly just a small inconvenience."
