"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Location of hotel is excellent for full view of Mt Fuji. However, it may be tricky to locate if you are taking public transport. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. Not for travellers who are in a rush. Take time to enjoy the peace, tranquil and refresh oneself."

Location: This Toyoko Inn is further away from the station than the other Toyoko Inn south exit, but the hotel was super kind and provided a free shuttle to (A.M.) and from (P.M.) the station. However, even if one were to walk, it’s just 10 min. Area nearby has a couple of restaurants so it was pretty convenient. Cleanliness/rooms: Clean and comfortable, as per Toyoko Inn standard. The only gripe is that the mattress and pillow were slightly too hard for my liking, but that’s a personal preference. Amenities: Breakfast was lovely with coffee service up to 10am. There is a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby "
