"Hotel is convenient located near Shimbashi station. Shimbashi is a business area and there are many dining options around the area. It's also connected to a convenience store. Lifts can be a little crowded in the morning. Rooms are clean and I love the amenities. The mini fridge in my room was not cold enough, that's the only complaint. I've stayed here a few times for work and would love to stay here again."

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "
