"객실은 좋지만, 침실에 암막커튼없고 바닥이 나무로 한층 높은곳에 설계되어 방바닥이 따뜻하지않아서인지 잘때 조금 추웠습니다. 객실에 아랫층에서 외국인들이 엄청떠드는소리가 들려서 컴플레인하고싶으나 객실 자체에 전화기가 없어서 말하기갸 곤란해서 직접 가서 얘기해야했습니다. 카운터가 따로없는 호텔이라 여러모로 불편하네요. 신발장 불은 센서가 암때나켜져서 순간순간 놀랬어요. 장점은 잘모르겠습니다."

"Huone oli siisti ja aivan uuden veroinen. Henkilökunta oli aivan mahatava ja todella ystävällinen. Kulkuyhteydet aivan lähellä ja paljon nähtävää todella lähellä. Kokonaisuudessaan mukava kokemus."

"Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking. "

"Clean and spacious room. Choose back of hotel on a high floor to get a good view. Amenities were minimal but the espresso machine was nice."
