"The location is superb. It’s a 10 minute walk Gyeongbokgung Palace and a few minutes from City Hall station. 1 station from Seoul station. Convenient store GS25 is next door. The room is spacious, a true 4 star hotel, with 5 star location. Great customer service. "

"This hotel is located on a pedestrian street with no dinner options. However, you have lots of restaurant options in the area. There is an Olive Young close by and a wonderful hair salon, called Park Jun Beauty Lab, on the 5th floor. Rooms were comfortable with amazing views. My favorite part of the room was the soaking tub. Definitely recommend this hotel and the hair salon!"

"First time staying at this hotel. Room was of good size, two big luggages able to open fully. Location was near but not too near to shopping areas. Airport limousine is just round the corner. Will stay here again. "
