"Clean room, friendly staff, laundry facilities in room, basic kitchenette. Own detergent required for dishes and laundry but all fairly cheap to get. Good location with restaurants and shops close by and transport links."

"Good value hotel, in a convenient location in central Seoul. Walkable to Myeongdong and City Hall. The airport limousine bus stop is a short walk away. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly and we were checked in promptly. Our room on the 4th floor was sufficient in size, with a full bath tub and a Vovo toilet (Japanese style - excellent). The room was hot, even with air con, so we opened the windows, but that meant some noise from outside. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, including Korean and western, including a make your own ramen station. My only negative was that the cleaners were noisy outside the rooms, which impacted on our late morning sleep (jet lag after a long flight). But overall I was impressed for the price, and I would recommend this as a place to stay if visiting Seoul."

"A delightful experience! There is nothing I can complain about staying here. We loved our room, the staff, and the convenient location to Lotte World, the department stores, Lotte Tower, baseball games, and more. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"We really enjoyed our two-week stay at Hotel The Botanik in Seoul. We had a suite, and it was spacious, with two walk-in closets. It also had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, stove, washer/dryer, and even an interesting clothing "refresher." The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was nice, but the lighting in the bathroom was a little harsh. We did notice that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked them to be, and it seemed that they didn't get cleaned much, if any, while we were there. Overall, though, a great place to stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway just a couple of blocks away. "
