"We felt it’s more like 3 stars hotel rooms and amenities. Staff were very nice but hardly any English . Some coffee downstairs for guests but no sugar or milk. "

"This hotel has courteous English speaking receptionist. Cool lounge and a great breakfast buffet ( it is more like a brunch buffet with lots of food choices). Rooms are clean with all the amenities you need. And location is unbeatable. Also has a coffee shop on the second floor, Lotteria right next to it and a k-pop store on the first floor. I stayed there with my 15 year old daughter and we loved it. Highly recommend for parents with teens. The only drawback- the street noise can be loud at night so ask for the higher floor."

"Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff. We had a large beautiful room with a river view. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding and the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Dinner was amazing too. "

"The hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location. It’s right near Sigil Station on Line 5 — just take Exit 3, walk straight, then turn left, and you’ll see the hotel at the intersection. The breakfast was also quite good, especially the Korean-style options, which were very tasty. However, there were a few downsides. I was traveling alone and was only given one small pillow, which was not very comfortable. I had to go to the front desk to request an extra one. The bedroom itself is quite small, which wasn’t a big issue, but the refrigerator is placed very close to the bed and makes a lot of noise, which affected my sleep."
