The location was very convenient and easy to find. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. I also really appreciate all the extra things that are available at this property that made everything easier, to name a few: the lounge is amazing for when you arrive on an early AM flight and need a space to regroup before exploring, the amble luggage holding space that is made available to travellers, and they even have Dysons hair systems for rent if you find that your hair isn’t cooperating. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for the ideal property in central Seoul.

They ask you to pay to check in early when you arrive - which quite frankly is diabolically bad service. Especially give that the room is ready and available. Screams money grabbing no consideration for genuine services or personal touch. The room itself is nice. Has most amenities. Lifts can take a while. Great location.

The hotel was perfect, it was not amenities that we are used to in the United States, but it was perfectly lovely and a great place to stay. They did not have smart TVs and you could not use your room charge at the restaurant, but wonderful location and everything else was wonderful.
