The rooms were remarkably spacious by Seoul standards, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom in particular stood out, with premium finishes, a spa-like feel, and attention to detail that elevated the entire stay. What truly separates this hotel, however, is the service. Every member of the staff consistently went above and beyond, creating an atmosphere that felt polished, welcoming, and effortlessly professional. From arrival to departure, the experience felt refined and seamless. The hotel manages to feel modern and upscale without becoming overly formal or pretentious. Whether traveling for business or leisure, it provides the kind of calm, luxurious environment that makes you look forward to returning at the end of the day. "Good value, clean and centrally located - short drive to Seoul Station. We stayed here for 1 night before taking the Airport Express train back to Seoul Incheon. This was a convenient choice to be near Seoul Station. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was served by staff, rather than buffet style, which is nice, but in the early morning I just want to choose for myself from a selection, rather than wait to be served. For a business hotel, I found this a bit incongruous. But overall, I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Seoul."
