Overall a very good place at the heart of Myeongdong. A lot of good things, excellent location, right in the middle of night market and near subway, clean rooms with new and well maintained utilities, fantastic WiFi, good HVAC and very friendly front desk. Only drawbacks are small room and lack of surface area in the room, and the hotel signs are almost invisible and front desk is hidden. But these did not compromise the service. Highly recommended for small group to enjoy Myeongdong area.

Located in the heart of Myeongdong and very close to two different subway lines so easy to get around everywhere. The room was clean and a good size. Even though in the busy centre I couldn’t hear anything in the room which was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was right in the heart of Myeongdong, but still quiet. Lots of helpful touches, such as water machine, extra cups, tea bags, and extra washroom in the common area. Can store luggage after you check out. Check in and check out was a breeze. Clogged the toilet and someone came to fix it within 5 minutes.

There are, to my way of thinking, no real staff, at least at the front desk. Everything is computerised. This did not bother me, but it might some people. The hotel is in a good area, and perfectly comfortable. My difficulty is that one does not control the temperature in one's room. I found it quite hot, and would have welcomed air conditioning. As a result, I slept far less than I would have liked.

The location is fabulous, right in the middle of Myeongdong walking street and night market. NYU NYU right in front of hotel. Loved the water dispenser in the room, so thoughtful. The shared pantry area with coffee machine-amazing! Very clean, front desk staff very helpful and always available. Myeongdong station 5 min away, easy access to Seoul station for AREX express train to ICN airport.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and was in the perfect location in the Myeoungdong district, close to the metro, shopping, restaurants and the outdoor market. The espresso maker on each floor in the kitchen area was a plus. We also loved the filtered water dispenser right in the room.
