"room1818 was filthy there was garbage tissues food on the floor against the wall also filthy dirty behind the head board of bed and who knows what was underneath the rest of the bed it looked like it had been cleaned in long time we were moved to room 2016 it also needed cleaning this at 11.00 pm when had to switch rooms we had unpacked already had to repack and move to the next room room 2016 was cleaned next day. i spoke with person in charge BRYAN JEON he said was not able to help. this situation was unacceptable."
