「The apartment has a great view and a convenient location. The space itself was comfortable and met our needs during our stay. However, the overall experience felt more restrictive than welcoming. There were numerous reminders and rules throughout the stay, including multiple messages before check-out regarding cleaning, utility usage, garbage disposal, departure procedures, and even reminders to remain silent when leaving the building. 「オーナーさんがとても親切かつ適切なやり取りをして下さって、滞在中のマイナートラブルは簡単に克服出来ました。設備は十分整っていて、清潔に保たれています。洗濯機と乾燥機は別ですが、これは韓国では標準ですかね。リビングとメインベッドルームにはエアコンありますが、残り２部屋の寝室はエアコン無しなので、扇風機でなんとか賄えました。目の前に地下鉄駅とバス停があり、ビルのロビーにはコンビニあり、徒歩数分でスタバも地元向け料理屋さんも数カ所あり、ロケーションはこれ以上ないと思います。」

「Shops everywhere, excellent location with a nearby subway station, clean room, rougher bed if that's what you like, bed is on the smaller side but comfortable for two shorter people - overall satisfied and recommend it for this part of the city!」

「Previous guests departed late and we arrived earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in. Host expedited clean-up so that we were able to move-in early! Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Compact and efficient use of space for 6 of us. Asian style bathroom with the sink, bidet, and shower in a small space. Large modern washer and dryer. and appliances.Only suggestion is (English) instructions for the thermostat which controls the water temperature for the shower/faucets and the floor.」

「Room had all the amenities my family was looking for including a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and sink. Having a fitness center was also a plus. Room was clean and really close to Seoul Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. Host was very friendly, informative, and responsive. 」

「This is an excellent apartment, which had everything we needed for our trip. The communication was excellent from our host and an ideal location for exploring Seoul. Seoul station is a 5 min walk and at the top of the road was Chungjeongno metro station so it was so easy to get around the city. Thr aprtment is on what we would say is the 3rd floor but they call it 4th and there is no elevator but this is not a problem if your relatively fit. 」

「Die Lage der Unterkunft ist großartig. Sie liegt am Hauptbahnhof Seoul, die Metro und Busstationen sind sofort zu erreichen, viele Cafés und ein „CU“ unmittelbar am Eingang des Hauses. Die Sicht aus der Unterkunft ist ein toller weiter Blick über Seoul. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und alles funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host ist problemlos. Man erhält sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.」
