「All staff were very friendly and evening meal very good as was breakfast, good night sleep 」

「Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. 」

「The room was cold as the heating didn't work well. There was also no hot water in the shower. Despite requesting improvement, nothing was done. The room was clean and well-maintained, the housekeeping service was very good, and the breakfast was tasty.」

「Premier room was tatty… curtains had hole in them, some off hooks, bed throw had mark on it. Despite asking for the room to be serviced and leaving the sign on the door - it wasn’t - I was told they missed it because I was at the end of the corridor!」
