「While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more.」

「It was a nice and clean house but the internet went out on our third day and wasn’t fixed and one of the sliding glass doors we couldn’t lock because the deadbolt was completely missing so we had to jam the door so we’d feel it was safer and the neighbors are way closer then we thought they would be other than those things we enjoyed our stay 」

「It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning」

「Staying at the Tobias Lear House in Portsmouth was definitely a 'bucket list' opportunity for my wife and me. We have visited Portsmouth many times, always staying in the downtown area and taking our leisurely strolls through the South Mill Pond area.
