Please make yourself at home and enjoy the garage game room, screened lanai, fenced yard and sparkling heated saltwater pool - we love sharing these spaces with our guests! You'll also have free driveway parking for up to 4 cars, and easy self-check-in with our smart lock making arrival a breeze.
For your comfort and safety, a few small closets are kept locked during your stay. These simply hold cleaning supplies, and we keep them secured to ensure everything stays safe (especially for the little ones). Everything you need for a wonderful visit will always be open and ready for you
This home is perfectly located for easy travel around the Sarasota, Bradenton and nearby beach destinations, with incredible easy access to the Sarasota International Airport at just 3 miles away- seriously a hop skip and a jump from the airport! Most top attractions are just a short drive away, making ride share services, rental cars, or your own vehicle the best options for getting around. Free parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles. Need a ride? Uber & Lyft are widely available. And be sure to check out the open air trolleys and fun bus options on the islands. Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only and are located at the front door, garage, and pool gates. Outside cameras are for your safety, our property care and management. Our management uses the cameras to help monitor pest control, garbage disposal, lawn care, pool care, propane tank delivery, HVAC maintenance, animal/reptile surveillance, cleaner hourly log tracking, and handyman service calls.
Optional pool heat (Nov–Mar) $25/day, request 48 hrs in advance.
Important: After booking, you will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement and complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This simple step helps to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, insurance policies, ensures everything is perfectly prepared for your visit as well as provides both our guests, our community and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
A Note About Nature: One of the fun parts of our tropical paradise is sharing it with tiny locals like geckos/lizards. You might see them around the entry, patio, pool, or garage. They’re totally harmless—and actually helpful since they eat bugs like mosquitoes! We have regular professional pest control, but now and then, a gecko gets curious.
