「Staff at pool were great. Staff at front desk during check out weren’t very friendly or helpful. Restaurant was terrible and bathrooms by pool smelled terrible .」

「The hotel was terrific. We went to enjoy USA 250th celebration and fireworks. We arrived and the hotel staff showed me a plaque where I had been designated guest of the day and they gave us a free bottle of nice wine and free valet parking. The room was clean and plenty of space. Our first night we went to the rooftop bar and ate light with a burger and beers. On the 4th we took a walk on the streets in the morning, very clean and safe. 「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」
