The staff members were incredibly kind, ensuring our comfort and providing us with all the necessary information about the property. The establishment was very welcoming to pets, and there was a designated area for smokers, along with a lovely view of a bridge. We certainly plan to return. 「When I arrived at the hotel, I had to mail a card for a family member’s birthday. The General Manager, Tonya, helped me to do and went out of her way to ensure my card got mailed out in time. When I checked out of the hotel I left my necklace in the room and Tonya went out of her way to quickly check on my necklace and immediately responded to me and made certain my necklace was mailed out to me that day. Tonya and the other staff are very helpful!
