「We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and everything was extremely clean. The rooms and common areas were comfortable, and the property itself was very nice. The only downsides for us were that the hotel allows dogs, which may be something to consider if you prefer a pet-free environment, and there was no nighttime entertainment. We would have loved to have some music, shows, or activities in the evening to enjoy after dinner. Other than that, we...

「Very uncleaned rooms. Unresponsive staff. The place sticks, the beds sheets have hairs, stains bad odors. The showers are dirty with precious customers body and hands traces everywhere. The furniture is dusty. We have our rooms changed two times before we decided to leave to never ever return there.」

「No pool and breakfast was very limited - just yogurt and prepackaged muffins, nutrigrain bars and coffee. Booked here because of mini kitchen. Was annoying that you had to specifically request all kitchen supplies - dish towel, dishes, silverware, pans, and even a coffee maker! Had to wait two days for a frying pan which meant I couldn’t cook some of the food I had brought with me. Place was clean and stay was okay otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

Check in process had some hiccups but ultimately everything went well and the staff was great with handling their new technology and the problems that come with it! Overall our stay was wonderful and we would recommended staying at Fisherman’s Village to anyone!」

「Was on a business trip and was alone. So enjoyed the Wyvern because it is so spacious and the room was so quiet even though my room was close to the elevator. Had a lovely breakfast at their rooftop dining area. Just delightful. Will be back.」

「The room had fleas. Staff moved us to another room and heat treated our clothes. Second room wasn’t accessible so we had to move again once an accessible room became available. We paid for a suite with two queen beds and ended up in a regular room with full beds. It was disappointing and not worth the savings using Expedia.」
