"The property is very clean, beautifully appointed, with a nice living room and bookshelves on the main lobby, and all you can drink coffee all day plus baked cookies in the afternoons and evenings. The breakfast area was very nicely stocked up and served a variety of food including eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, breads and bagels, yogurt, juices, and a couple of times a week they offered biscuits and gravy. The rooms are large and have a microwave and fridge, and the air conditioner stays very cold. The floors are wood and the bathroom is huge with lots of towels. They do full cleaning every third day but they come over daily to exchange towels etc and honored our request to clean our room even though we hadn't reached day three. The kiddos seem to enjoy the pool and the hotel is across the street from a large strip mall which has a Publix grocery store and many other businesses. Several fast food places are nearby also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. For the price, it was a superb and unexpectedly wonderful experience."

"This Was an amazing Stay, anything an everything is available for you, just replenish, Thanks Nil and Jen this was very nice property, an the communication was very well , and Mike Really was there for you if you needed him He Kept us informed of things and thank us. Loved watching the wildlife over the Lake, Watching the Hawks diving for Fish was very fun to watch from the Pool, will for sure be booking again!!!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better property or location to stay at! The house itself is beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. From the moment we walked in and throughout our week, we throughly enjoyed the house! It was 20 minutes from Englewood Beach and 30 minutes from our families house in Punta Gorda! We had a wonderful week here and recommend it to anyone looking to stay! "
