"This house and host were both amazing!!! The house was exactly as described and appears in pictures. The host instructions and information was provided in advance and the host was also very responsive to any questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The bedrooms were all comfortable and even had unexpected amenities like black towels for make-up, shampoo/condition and body wash in showers. The kitchen was so nice with easy access for cooking and coffee pods even provided for the Kerig. The outside area was probably my favorite, again like the house, it was exactly was pictured and very peaceful to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with the cute cafe lights, which came on automatically. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable and you also very close to amenities, like grocery stores, pharmacy, food options, etc. We greatly enjoyed Bradenton and would definitely stay in this house again:)"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree Paradise. The house was very clean and our host, Gabe, was wonderful to work with. The pool was nice and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We really liked the house, it's exactly like in the photos. We had a great time with our family, the children swam in the pool, and in the evenings the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. The backyard is very beautiful."

"Host was responsive but used select words and didn’t share full details. Place was newly renovated but the outside yard had a lot of broken glass, scissors and sharp objects all over, could not hang out in yard due to lack of landscaped area. Home did not have any living room space as asked. There were no couches - the only gathering space aside from 12 bedrooms was the kitchen. It was very strange and creepy. 2 roaches were found during stay and we left a day early, host said would credit stay but never received any credit. Air is on a locked system and it took a while to get code to adjust temp. There was no hot water, just like warm. "

"Stayed only 2 days and loved it. Property was clean inside and out. Loads of channels to choose from on both TVs. Only issue we had was the neighbors had VERY lots y parties both nights. Considering it was Friday and Saturday nights, it was what it was!! Thank you for making our trip nice and peaceful."
