「The property was in the perfect location! Walk on direction and you are standing on a beautiful beach in under 5 mins. Walk the other direction and you are on the strip with lots of wonderful places to eat in undet 10 mins. We will be going back.」

「Love the kon tiki inn. This our second stay. We will be back again. It is close to everything any a great place to stay! 」

「チェックインにサラソタの大渋滞に巻き込まれて約束の時刻に遅れ、午後4時に到着したら、すでに多くOffice誰れもいらっしゃらなかった。でも、スマートフォンと電話で連絡は着きました。スタッフの方々は皆さん、親身でした。とにかく、接すれば接するほど、親切さと責任を持ってもてなそうという気持ちがよく伝わってくる施設でした。キッチンはやや古い機器もありましたが、とても清潔で、必要なものは揃っていました。洗濯機＆乾燥機は各ユニットにはなく、数個に１箇所で、ビーチだけに、それは残念でした。バスルームは広いので、タオル置き場が洗濯乾燥機だとうれしかったです。」

「Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! 」

「Unit was clean and comfortably situated for a group of 5. We loved the view of the marina. The location is within reasonable proximity of multiple beaches north or south. Most importantly, the host was outstanding! I can not rave enough about how well they communicated and the timeliness of their responses. The property was great, but the host was the best!!!」

「Good location to downtown. We had a silent mishap with check in where the room we had booked was still being used but the host was amazing and answered right away to put us into a new room. The complimentary bottle of wine was nice and everyone was very friendly. 」
