「It’s a bit old」

「I stayed for two nights. The hotel, room and pool area was clean. Most of the Staff was friendly and kind. The only thing that I didn’t like is that house skipping didn’t clean and skipped our room, didn’t even leave new towels. Other than that our stay was pretty good.」

「I was disappointed as I was looking for a resort experience but was underwhelmed. Our first night we were excited to eat at the onsight restaurant. No joke, everthing I tried to order was "not available." 6 tries in and i chose a ceasar salad that was mediocre. There was no pool side drinks unless you walked over to the bar. The bar primarily had tequila. The waterfall bar was never open. The hot tub was so strongly chlorinated that we couldn't stay in long. There were people playing their own...

「The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen. The first few nights seemed fine but we saw small roaches the 3rd night - but they did send someone to spray immediately. What saved the entire trip was the amazing view and literally...

「The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the food and the outdoor bar overlooking the water. The beachfront access was a great bonus, and the restaurants served good food throughout our stay. My only complaint is that the booking website was not very clear or upfront about the additional $25 daily charge. However, the hotel does provide a $25 daily credit that can be used toward food or drinks at the restaurant or bar. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay...

「We stayed two nights and they have everything you need right at the resort. We did not leave until check out. They have a nice restaurant, ice cream bar was amazing. Pool side bar and waiter that will come to you. Enjoyed the beach. Pool was very busy because it was a holiday weekend. Overall a nice stay.」
