"Reception staff were the brilliant so helpful and friendly always went the extra mile for every request we had. Entertainment was excellent and on throughout our stay 8 days don't know were they get the energy from kids loved it big credit with all staff to hotel Big bonus if you have kids is the astro turf the safest hotel I have stayed in for kids falling all others in Santa ponsa have large steps an uneven steps. Will be back again next year look forward to meeting all the staff again thank you very much for a lovely holiday."

Nice hotel close to the beach.

"Clean and big room. Shower cabin was tiny so it was difficult to shower or move in/out, and I'm not even a big person. Had big balcony with 2 chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. Balcony was very big and had even view of the beach and sea. There was also a swimming pool (big and small) that we didn't use but it looked clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, every day slightly different. Got bored of music during breakfast, every day same music was playing. It started before 8AM so it was a bit noisy in the morning. It took 3-4 minutes walking to the beach, and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around hotel. There is a lot of free parking spaces 200-300m away from hotel, few streets actually (closest was C/ Gran Via Puig de Randa), so it was possible to find parking less than 5min walking from hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Club Apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and clean and we had a fantastic view over the bay from our balcony. Like a lot of hotels in Mallorca, the rooms would benefit from a bit of updating. The pool area is clean and tidy and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A lot of reviews we read before visiting Vista Club Apartments mentioned "steps" and it's true there are a lot of steps to negotiate within the property (to get to the pool for example) and to get to the town (there is another way to get to town that doesn't involve steps which is slightly longer). For us, the steps didn't really bother us but for someone with mobility issues (maybe even those with prams or buggies) I think they would present a problem. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return to Vista Club Apartments in future."
