「Von Aussen sehr unauffällig aber im Haus sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Trotz Ballermann am Strand und entsprechenden Partyurlaubern,Unterkunft sehr ruhig mit einer kleinen Oase. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Jenny war sehr nett. 「Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, feinen Haus in Génova sehr genossen - alles in bestem Zustand, ein großartiger Blick über die Bucht von Palma jeden Morgen zu genießen, das war schon 'premium'!! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Ein bisschen 'nervig' war der Lärm, der von der Baustelle oberhalb des Hauses kam. Aber, das ist wohl derzeit ein Problem auf (fast) ganz Mallorca...」

La maison est sympathique, la cour encore plus mais il y a certaines modifications à faire dans l'annonce : - PAS DE PARKING il faut se garer dans la rue et cela peut être très longtemps.. (45 min) - 1 salle de bain et 2 WC (Pas de 2 salle de bains) De plus la salle de bain à besoin d'être bien mieu nettoyer... En particulier la baignoire et le tapis de douche. Pas d'eau chaude depuis Samedi malgré le nécessaire de Sebastian. À revoir mais dans l'ensemble...

「I thought I had booked an apartment in the suburbs and found myself in a beautiful house in a calm rurban setting. The house is clean, fresh and well-equipped. The beds look old but very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities such as salt, oil, and coffee filters. We were welcomed by a bottle of red and typical Mallorquin biscuits. The village of Son Sardina is nearby with grocery stoors and bakery.」

「Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host.」

「The property is great, lovely gardens and pool. Some of the fittings are a bit dated eg dishwasher, bathrooms but overall just fine. We chose the villa for it's location - it's just about 15 mins by car for everywhere we needed. Our daughter got married whist we were away and it was ideal for the venue, Palma city and close to where friends and family were all staying. It was a little too close to the airport though and quite noisy at times (also depended on the wind direction) It didn't stop us...

"早めに予約したこともあったのか、値段と比較してもかなり良いホテルだと感じました。 内装や設備は日本人でも問題なく感じるレベルで良く、スタッフも親身になって対応してくれます。 近くにバス停もあるのでパルマ中心部へも問題なく向かうことができます。 私がスマホをタクシーに置き忘れた時も相談したらタクシー会社に連絡を入れてくれて無事、スマホが手元に戻ってきました。本当に助かりました。 Perhaps because I had made a reservation early, I felt that it was a pretty good hotel compared to the price. The interior and facilities are good enough for Japanese people to feel comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a bus stop nearby, so you can easily reach the center of Palma. When I left my smartphone in a taxi, I consulted with them and they contacted the taxi company, and my smartphone was returned to me. That was a really big help."
