Bo Hotel is a nicely appointed hotel in Central Palma. The location was great for walking around and seeing what Palma has to offer. The roof top terrace was a nice addition and had wonderful panoramic views.

Staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly. Location is superb if you like being in the middle of the action. Bathrooms look freshly renovated although bedrooms are quite basic. Breakfast is good. Unlimited filtered water available for rooms.

The location was fantastic, just at the edge of the old city so easily accessible by taxi/uber and really easy to leave the hotel and explore. Our check-in was amazing and I'm really sorry I don't remember his name b/c he was so great. He was also there when we left the next morning and he could not have been more friendly and helpful. We ate at Ritzi, the Italian restaurant in their lobby - FANTASTIC! You really cannot go wrong if you choose to stay here.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at BO Hotel and would recommend it! It was pricey, but felt worth it. We felt very safe, the hotel was very clean, and this was in a wonderful area. There is a great rooftop with a jacuzzi tub and chairs to lay out. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs, which do get quite busy in the evening. It can get loud outdoors in the evening, but you're in Palma... you're probably awake anyway! I'd expect that in any real city. The gentlemen at the front desk were always extremely helpful and warm. They helped answer any questions we had and helped us get taxis when we needed them. The rooms were a nice size with good amenities as well. We had a great stay and would recommend!
