Very happy with the property and service. Only downside was our second visit to the hotel buffet. First visit food very good. Second time, almost all the hot food items (except the items grilled to order) were cold and exceedingly unappetizing- including soup, vegetable dishes, meat dishes and pasta. -barely room temperature. Probably a food safety issue as well. The heat lights ovet the food seems to be just for show as they do not keep the food warm.You need to be there in the first few minutes after the buffet opens when the food is hot (our first visit) and not an hour late when the food is allowed to cool off (our second visit). Told the hostess of the problem as we left...unclear if anything will be done to rectify. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

I'll start off by saying the staff was great in trying to accommodate for our concerns. But ultimately fell short. There was a horrendous smell coming from the kitchenette drainage. A custodian came to try to fix it. The whole kitchenette cabinets ended up falling on him. They weren't properly fastened to the wall. The moved us rooms for the night. Next day we were reassigned the same smelly room. It was never fixed. We just had to keep to the bedroom area to avoid the smell. After a few days, we deduced that this property has major drainage issues. The smell becomes potent when the buffet is open, leading us to deduce that the kitchen water is backing up in our kitchenette. Also, the walls are paper thin. We can have our neighbors having a normal volume conversation and we can hear exactly what they were saying. This place is definitely not a 4 star hotel. You've been warned.
