Unfortunately despite reporting that the kettle in the room was leaking twice on day two of our five day stay it was not replaced. We like the location of this hotel - near the centre of vibrant city of Palma ,Super views over the Marina to The Cathedral . The extra ammenities that The Level gives us too . We have been staying in this hotel for many years - sometimes twice a year .
Modern and accommodating. Comfortable bed. A little out of town but close to marina - suited us

It was very peaceful and quite. The view was stunning across the bay. It was Only a short cab ride from the airport. Which was quick and reasonably priced.
No milk for tea in room (twice) No water replaced in fridge (twice) Great views over harbour. Fabulous staff. Comfortable room but bathrooms bit cramped.
