We visited for my partners birthday and the staff kindly decorated the room ahead of time as well as arranging for a bottle to be on ice on arrival in the room as an optional paid for extra. 「クリスマス休暇に3泊滞在。チェックイン時のウェルカムドリンクと客室に特典のカバのボトルがあったのがおもてなし感があってよかった。 客室は海とは反対側で眺望はない。が、向かいの建物は劇場なので窓を開けて夜の涼しい風を入れても人目が気になることはないし内側の格子戸を閉めれば問題なかった。最もグレードの低い客室でもキングサイズのベッドと潤沢なスペース、金庫、冷蔵庫、バスタブはないが窮屈ではないシャワーと、独立したトイレなど文句のつけようがなかった。清掃も行き届いていて、ターンダウンサービスも毎日され、昼や午後に使ったタオルが夜には交換されていたりと完璧。ドライヤーだけでなくヘアアイロンもあるなど（使わなかったが）これ以上は望めない。 唯一の欠点を挙げるとすれば、周辺には飲食店は少なめ。さらにクリスマス休暇で開いているレストランも少なく、ルームサービスとホテルレストランで食事をしたがやや値段が高め。メニュー数もそれほど多くはない。 」

「We are really selective when it comes to travel. We had the suite (Room 409), directly outside the pool entrance. The hotel was brilliant. Great location. Great food. Gym and Sauna was empty when i used it everyday. The Cinema was no longer in operation, which we did'nt know until we asked to use it. Layout of the hotel is great and really great location to the city and old town. First time with HM and was really impressed.」

「The welcome was very weird. It was all down to business. All give me your passports and your credit card details before we heard a "welcome to nobis" and got a welcome Cava. Apart from that our stay was fine but I think there are enough good hotels in palma that we're unlikely to stay here a third time」

「Óptimas condiciones, el personal super atento, el restaurante para desayunar excelente, buena atención,variado menú, comida dé primera calidad. Estacionamiento, preferible auto pequeño, alquilamos un Fiat 500 es el vehículo oficial (preferible convertible) Buenos restaurantes, excelente playas, comida a precios super buenos. En overall 💯 satisfactoria.」
