「Perfect location to explore Palma. Very comfortable rooms that were spacious for European standards.」

「lovely and large suite in a central location with lots of restaurants. very helpful and friendly staff.」

「Location is best, room is good, but child extra fee is high.」

「staff is so helpful! Gave us an early check in and allowed us to use bathrooms in the hotel after we checked out while we were exploring the city. Absolutely beautiful hotel!」

「The staff was kind (except one lady at the front desk on Thursday around 1pm) She had a bad attitude and acting very arrogant. Jonathan was very helpful and kind, he serves a raise. The room itself did not feel like 5 star, no toiletries, only 2 cans of water, bad quality bed, very thin duvet, etc. The spa is very nice although not everything works. Overall OK hotel but not the 5* experience and thus overpriced.」

「Everything was perfect. Location, staff, breakfast, and the room! Staffs are super friendly and arranged everything for us, notably Selim is a great guy. Recommend!」
