I had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The spa area is small but very practical, and the pool area was fantastic. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with plenty of room to relax. I also loved the great view from my balcony. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere!

Room was clean, Staff was helpful & knowledgeable. the bed could have been a bit more comfortable & the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was a little warm in the room. Other than that it was a great stay.

We loved our Easter break at the Aya Hotel. Fantastic breakfast menu, very helpful staff, Short taxi ride from the airport, plenty of local restaurants, great local bus service. Would stay again.

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds, great pool, hot water and ice cold a/c. Restaurant on site has great drinks (we did not eat here). Beach was a quick walk across the street and had beautiful views of the mountains. I would stay here again next time I visit the area.

Nice simple room and nice big beach in front with payable beds, parasols with lockers. However it was busy with stag do's etc on the front. Good cheap spritz cocktails at the hotel by the pool and at the bar on the beachfront. Easy to get into Palma and airport. I was staying near the stairs and found it noisy throughout the night when people were coming back from parties etc so I didnt sleep well the whole trip. Also I was startled when someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night as I was staying alone. I hope this was just a drunken mistake and it was fine the other nights. Also I tried to make a coffee with the sachets in the room (only instant) and there were little insects in the packets. I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, but it was fixed quickly and the room cleaned whilst I was out.

The staff was great! They help with taxis, and one is usually available within 3-5 minutes. Food was good in the restaurant. Loved the view. Also really liked being able to shower and see the ocean. Would definitely return!

Very clean and simple hotel, on the beach side. Room was spacious and clean, nice large balcony. 15 min Walk away from mega Park. We did took a bus for 2 euro to the downtown- took about 20 min. It is about 20 min walk to boat rentals. Location was great. Breakfast was simple with a lot of variety.
