"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....

"Pros: Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben bis 23 Uhr an der Finca gewartet (geplant 20:30uhr) Sehr schöne Buchten vor der Haustür (30sek laufweg) Schöne Terasse. Taxi nach S'Arenal (nächstgelegene Sandstrand kostet nicht mehr als 8-10€. Wir sind meistens hin gelaufen und mit Taxi zurück. Cons: Eine Dusche hatte keine Kabine und nicht genug Gefälle im Boden. So dass über den gesamten Aufenthalt der Boden sehr eklig nass war. Hier müssen sich die Besitzer unbedingt etwas überlegen....

"The place was great. We really liked the open space and the whole property. It's nice and clean with new bathrooms and was renovated recently. I would recommend to any one looking for a place with a family. Really nice to have two bathrooms and a laundry downstairs."

"The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...

"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"
