"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Here’s a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Hotel ROC Illetas was absolutely perfect! We booked the Family Suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. The full balcony offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding staff. Leo at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had an issue with our door when the electronic battery died, and the IT/maintenance team responded within minutes and fixed the problem right away. Their quick response and excellent service were greatly appreciated. From the beautiful location and amenities to the attentive staff and spacious accommodations, everything about this hotel was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel ROC Illetas to anyone visiting Mallorca."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and modern as well. The location is great and there is a corner store for buying snacks and water really near by. The pool is also amazing and has incredible views. The hotel is also very close to some bus stops that will easily take you into the centre!"

"Our stay at Hotel Saratoga was excellent! The hotel is clean, staff is extremely helpful, and it has all of the necessary amenities, including an excellent breakfast. But perhaps the best part of staying at Hotel Saratoga was the location - situated close to everything we wanted to visit in Palma. Most things were walking distance, public transport is right around the corner, and the hotel immediately called a taxi when necessary. I would definitely recommend staying there!"

"Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement. Staff very friendly though and overall a decent option for a short break"

"Seguro regresaremos, veníamos muy cansadas con mi hija, y como tenían disponibilidad, nos dieron la habitación antes, y pudimos descansar para salir a conocer la ciudad. La secadora de pelo del baño no secaba tan bien, y nos llevaron una que funcionaba fabuloso. La vista de la habitación fabulosa, la cama y almohadas muy ricas. El área de piscina muy bonita. Y el día que regresábamos logramos hacer un late check out y nos guardaron las valijas en lo que recorríamos la ciudad. El hotel está a 5 min caminando de un pub irlandés que se llama Shamrock, súper divertido. Súper cerca de las paradas de bus, y el bus súper bien nos llevó y nos trajo de regreso a Palmanova. Una playa linda con restaurantes y un paseo con tiendas de ropa de playa. Super recomendado el hotel, su ubicación y el personal. Muchas gracias por todo."
