They immediately brought out luggage to our room and offered to let us rest after our flight and do the check in paperwork later. Nothing was too much to ask for! Not every room in this property is the same. Our first room was jokingly small but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The location of this hotel was amazing and so convenient. Parking is off site and about 30 euros/night. They have a golf cart and drove us back to the parking with all the luggage. That service alone was amazing because the alleyways to get to the hotel are super narrow and scary to drive in.

It was close to all shopping, restaurants and bars, sightseeing locales, and the Estacio Intermodal (bus and train station). You can not ask for a better location to explore the city and take in all the sights and I couldn't be happier with my selection. It is a clean, modern, and well-equipped hotel - with a hotel staff that are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to ensure that your stay meets your expectations....
