「The aur conditioning leaked a lot and dripped on the bed. There was no breakfast despite having paid for breakfast on Expedia. The hotel is very noisy at night, it tended to be full of young males and females arriving very late at night about 4 am in the morning and making excessive noise and shouting. The walls in the hotel are also very thin and hard not to hear everything going on in every room. I wouldn't stay there again ever」

「Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und in der Regel auch sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht optimal, aber dennoch ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer nicht kaufen möchte, nimmt das Shuttel, welches von 10-18uhr an den Ballerman 6 fährt.」

「Mucho bueno que decir. Primero, el Staff me trató super bien!! Segundo; lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tercero; localización. A 3 minutos caminando la parada del autobus para todo lugar, inclusive el aereopuerto. Es prácticamente, el ultimo hotel de la Riviera de Palma y esta a 6 minutos, caminando, de la playa. Los restaurantes justo a su lado o cerca del area. Tiene un supermercado a 4 minutos del hotel. La verdad, lo tiene todo y es super acogedor. Además, tiene piscina y un Spa. Espero...

「Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!」
