Lovely stay!

Property had everything that you could want for a family stay. Location is great for the beach and shops. Not a great choice of places to eat, but that's fine if you are cooking at home.

Great House

We had a 5 night trip with 12 person. Great house - the pics are true. Pool is very nice. Also location is fine - just a few steps ahead of the start of the Playa.

Mallorcan Birrhday

Stunning, spacious property. Perfect for our large family birthday celebration. So many places to sit and relax, so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The pool, the table tennis and the bikes were all a great hit. The location, near to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops ( for the grand children) was also perfect, walkable distance, so did not hire cars, used taxis for trips into Palma, very reasonable. Loved the outside eating area, by the BBQ and on the terrace. The weather was just right for us, not too hot, as late in the season, but plenty of shade if had been needed. All in all a great week, thank you.

We love Mallorca

The property is perfect for a large family We are 5 couples and 4 pre teens All The couples had their own bathroom and the kids shared 2 bathrooms. The location is amazing à short walk to one of the many beaches , resto, shops However, Mallorca is not a small island you need to rent a vechile to get around with ease We rented two 9 passenger vans and were able to visit other beaches , the caves, cathedral, palace, and go to big grocery stores. The family had a blast

Excellent stay in luxurious villa

Excellent well equipped villa everything works as it should. I loved the fact that the pool is fenced off to stop any incidents 👍 the full villa is secure nobody can enter and nobody can just wander off. The villa owner was in contact and on our arrival I forgot to advise Francisco that we had arrived safely. I received a WhatsApp message from Francisco to see if we had arrived and entered the villa so he could go to bed knowing that we had arrived at the villa and gained access. A very thoughtful jesture 👍 We had a problem with one door not locking a quick WhatsApp to Francisco and the problem was rectified. All in all a luxurious villa with a friendly caring owner nothing was to much trouble. A very big thank you to Francisco for a wonderful safe stay at his luxury villa

Perfekte Woche

Die Finca hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Wir waren mit 5 Paaren und jeder hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sehr ruhige Lage aber in 5 Minuten am Hafen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Villa exceptionnelle

Nous étions une famille de 10 adultes et un enfant de 3 à 68 ans. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La maison est idéalement située, tout se fait à pied : plage, commerces, port, supermarchés, restaurants … L’equipement de la maison est au top, la cuisine bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain , très grande grande terrasse pour prendre les repas, grande piscine sécurisée. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Francisco pour avoir faciliter notre séjour par sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location, idéale pour les familles.
