"Staff are friendly and good at what they do. Showers are superb. Bar area is nice. Pool is fantastic. Pleased to see more security on the baggage storage area. Rooms are a bit tired. Check in is still very slow, I don’t know why it takes so long. Third time we have stayed here so it is doing a lot of things very well. There is one thing that needs putting right and that is an early check in charge. I stay in hotels most weeks and have never been charged for checking in early anywhere."

A thing to note about this hotel is that the pool is not heated unfortunately which in may, made it uncomfortable to use. I had a overall positive experience with staff being lovely and it being a good location, would visit again "
