The hotel was fantastic and all services met with my approval. The staff were all very professional and friendly . The room was very clean and had all the mod cons . I didn’t use the plunge pool on the roof . The hotel is centrally located but not ideal for parking .

This was a perfect stay for one night in Palma could not have been better centrally located. Staff was accommodating room was spacious. Air-conditioning was excellent and it was 100° when we were there. I would stay again.

This is a very small hotel, but it's located in the heart of Palma, making shopping and sightseeing very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and handle everything quickly and efficiently. The only slight inconvenience is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot.

Hotel Cort was a wonderful and convenient base to explore Palma. We walked everywhere and also experienced the amazing restaurant in the hotel. Great chef and sushi chef. Desk staff were very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!

Location excellent. Breakfast outstanding, being order to table much better than buffet, you get fresh and hot food. Room disappointing. Decent in size, but dark, dreary and depressing windows look onto a small flat room with white peebles. Being on floor 1 and more floors above, made it impossible to see the sky or determine weather!! Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop area small, pool would be better heated.

Fantastic location in Palma

Lovely staff and rooms, nice à la carte breakfast. Fantastic location in Palma, walking distance to basically everywhere. Only downside is that the hotel is located near the church bells that ring on a regular basis, even late in the evenings.

Natalie is amazing! Always smiling and ever so helpful! Check-in was fabulous. We stayed in two different suites because there were 3 of us. Each one was full of character and beautifully designed. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of everything. It is one of my top 10 favs! We will definitely be coming back!
