Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds.
