"Nice apartment, really good location. Automated check in was nice - except they did not include link to Tourist Tax, and you can't finalize check in without that. I had to reach out and beg for the link the night before arrival. And property needed maintenance: BR AC did not work well, shower drain very slow. No wifi, it would have been handy since I had to find and download AC operating instructions online."

"We enjoyed the property. It is older furnished, but as advertised. You are immersed in local culture. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony at night. We felt the unit is very authentic and kept very clean. Good a/c."

"AC works great, the common area has great view to the Canal and I really loved it. The location is excellent, less than 10 min from the train station and close to shopping/dining but the house was greatly quiet. "

"Very nice apartment, venitian/moroccan style decoration with modern appliances. Walking distance to eveything. There is no elevator, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. DO NOT eat at a restaurant nearby called Rosa Rossa! The lady owner is the most rude person in Venice."
