「Very quaint little motel, beautifully renovated, the king studio is very nice modern and elegant furnishings. Staff was very helpful and extremely polite. Self check in was very easy, once I read the message from the staff, everything you need is at the facility. Location is is perfect, midisland lots of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We will definitely be staying here in the future. I highly recommend.」

「The Condo was very nice, very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and short distance to shopping, restaurants and Captiva. It wasn’t a bad experience but I think there are something that would be nice. The grounds and pool were clean. 1. Please put hand towels in the bathrooms! 2. Remove 3 inch mattress pads. Sheets do not want to stay on. 3. Have AC in working order. Clean condensation drain regularly. 4. Have 2 rolling luggage racks, one for second and 3rd floor. 5. Have...
