「Very quaint little motel, beautifully renovated, the king studio is very nice modern and elegant furnishings. Staff was very helpful and extremely polite. Self check in was very easy, once I read the message from the staff, everything you need is at the facility. Location is is perfect, midisland lots of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We will definitely be staying here in the future. I highly recommend.」

「We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency...

「Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within...

「Was glad to have Olivia on site. She was very helpful! So glad to see the landscaping is back and pool looked so pretty. It would be nice to have new porch chairs as several have trim that pokes out. Signal Inn is such a unique and happy place. Glad to be there!」

「The unit is upstairs and we couldn’t figure out how to operate the blinds, so it felt removed from the outside world. The screened in porch/entry on the main level was nice. Cute interior and good quality overall. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and coffee maker is for k-cups (none provided). I wished I had an eye mask in the main bedroom because of street lights, but I would stay there again. Beach towels were provided. 」
