「Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again」

「Kitchen lacking basic essentials- 1 skillet, no strainer, only 7 plates. The facility and staff were extremely helpful and were always checking to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction.Very clean and great decor.」

「My husband, adult granddaughter and I enjoyed our visit to Sanibel. We could walk to the beautiful beach and enjoyed shelling. The rental was clean and exactly as described. It is close to restaurants and the bike path is just across the street. Delightful!」

「Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

「Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!」

「Nice clean condo with a great location!」

「I really enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to the beach. I also greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness. The only thing I would suggest is having more lighting in the outdoor areas at night. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.」

「We love Signal Inn! It is always peaceful and the units are always clean. We look forward to our vacations at Signal Inn.」

「I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

「The place was well appointed. The walk to the beach was not as close as I would have liked but it was a short walk, less than three minutes. We picked this unit due to the rooftop porch. It was not as I had expected. My husband is only 205 lbs and we thought he was going to crack the steps going up, it made such an awful sound. Other than that, no complaints.」
