「I wanted to love it, but it was just okay. Hotel, staff, and room were great. However, the pool was offline Feb 2026 - August 2026 for renovations (replacing a filter). This was disappointing as we were traveling with kids, and we were all looking forward to swimming. It wasn’t indicated that the pool would be closed when booking. The laundry room had one working washer (two broken), which required waiting for another guest to finish. Staff was very helpful though (we needed quarters). One of...

「There's pretty much no way one of the elevators passed inspection. We took the stairs to the 4th floor after it felt like it was going to give way, which was less than ideal. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so the ceiling looked like mold was forming. The beds were fine, though not particularly soft or comfortable. Overall I was not impressed.」
