「Everything was beautiful the view was Amazing. The only problem I had was no dishwasher soap none of the cleaning supplies that was on list was not in room as far as dish rags extra trash bag for kitchen」

「You can have ventilation OR privacy but NOT both. There is no air conditioning and the only source of ventilation is a set of windows that face the hallway. Which means if you want oxygen or cool air you need to open the windows and the curtains, and everyone walking by can see and hear everything you're doing. There is a fan (glued to the window!) and if you arrange the curtains very carefully around the fan you can get some visual privacy (except for the hole for the fan). Even with the fan on...

「The beds need to be replaced and all the pillows were lumpy. We heard from several guests that sleep was difficult due to the beds and lumpy pillows. The interior seemed very clean and the parking was very convenient. Rooms were nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, but the coffee in the lobby was overly strong. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and personable.」

「We first arrived and all the lights in the parking lot were out, not terrible but just weird for a hotel. The front desk said due to the time change that’s why the lights were off, it was 10 o clock at night.. anyways we then checked into our non smoking room; it smelled like someone’s been chain smoking cigs all night. We tried but decided to see if we could change rooms(we were there for 2 nights), when we went into the next room the items in the room were filthy. There were spills all over...

「Mold in room , would not stay another night. Soon as we were gone 2 hours we were breathing better. Everything was dirty . Urine on the walls . Sink did not drain properly. The floor was buckling everywhere. The outlet in bathroom was falling out. There was mold all over the ceiling and all around soap holder in bathroom. So much more . Place is nasty!!」

「Hesitate to make a review for this hotel. They were very nice and accommodating and we only wish we could have stayed longer - a hidden jewel for sure. One piece of advice that we have for this hotel is that they should offer to sell ice cream as no other facility in all of Minturn has such a place. Overall this was a great stay and could not be happier with our choice.」
