"We had such a wonderful stay! Carol was very communicative and responsive and was a huge help to us! She shared many ideas for acitivitez and was always quick to respond to our questions. The condo its self is great. Very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The location is awesome! Walking distance to town, Aspen mountain and the buses that go to the other mountains. We rented a park and parking was easy as well. "

"Wonderful experience and very comfortable for 2 girls in their 30s. The unit was larger and more modern than expected, with a massive bathroom and well equipped mini kitchen. Response time from the host was amazing too. Overall probably the best bang for your buck in Aspen in regards to location, space, and comfortability. Would stay again."

"We were a bit unsure when we arrived at the property as the exterior of the property is a little dated, but ah ha, the unit itself is really gorgeous, pristine, exceptionally clean and oh so comfortable. All the comforts of home. Although there is a street above it, the area and the unit are really quiet. As advertised, it is just a block from the Shadow Mountain lift.. now, there's no ticket office there, so you need to take care of tix ahead of time. but otherwise, you just walk over a block... a neighborhood lift! Having covered underground parking was a huge bonus, particularly because it snowed while we were there. A caveat, Monarch Street is a tad steep so if you have any mobility issues, or don't come prepared with boots/yaktraks in winter, beware. And there are stairs up to the unit. Downtown is just a few blocks, and the St Regis is right next door, lovely place to hang out. EVERYTHING in Aspen is expensive, we found this unit to be the best value/nicest property for a winter vacation."

"We arrived at the condo close to 6pm. The condo was totally trashed. Beds not made with dirty bedding left on the top of each bed. Both bathrooms dirty with towels all over the floor. It looked like the prior guests just left. Also, the hot tub was completely drained and under some kind of repair(never was told the hot tube was out of commission). After calling and complaining they finally sent someone to clean up. Not well managed!"
